- **Microsoft Clarity** - user behaviour analysis on the website (session recordings, heatmaps, click tracking). Provider: Microsoft Corporation, USA. Data processed in accordance with Microsoft DPA.
- **Vercel Analytics** - collects anonymous page view data. This tool does not use cookies (cookieless). Provider: Vercel Inc., USA. Data processed in accordance with Vercel DPA.
- **Vercel Speed Insights** - measures real-user website performance (Core Web Vitals). Does not use cookies. Provider: Vercel Inc., USA.

### c) Marketing cookies

Used to display personalised advertisements. We use:

- **Google Ads** - purchase conversion tracking and remarketing (displaying ads to people who visited the website). Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Retention period: up to 540 days.
- **Facebook Pixel (Meta)** - enables measuring ad effectiveness and creating audience groups. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Retention period: up to 180 days.

### d) Third-party service provider scripts

On selected pages of the website, scripts from third-party service providers are loaded:

- **Ceneo Trusted Reviews** - a script loaded on the order confirmation page that transmits transaction data (email address, order ID, product identifiers) to Ceneo for the purpose of collecting buyer reviews. Provider: Ceneo Sp. z o.o., Poland. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- **Tawk.to** - live chat widget used for customer support. Tawk may use cookies and browser storage, including tawk_uuid_*, twk_idm_key, twk_token_*, TawkConnectionTime, as well as localStorage and sessionStorage. As part of operating the widget, Tawk may process IP address, device and browser data, and chat content. Provider: Tawk.to Inc., USA. Necessary cookies are used based on the legitimate interest of the data controller
(Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only after obtaining
user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), in accordance with the Polish Telecommunications Law.
Third-party service provider scripts (e.g. Ceneo Trusted Reviews) operate on the basis
of the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

## 5. Managing cookies

On your first visit, a banner is displayed allowing you to choose cookie categories.
You can reopen cookie settings at any time using the "Cookie settings" link
in the footer and change your choice.

Additionally, every browser allows you to manage cookies in its settings.
